Job description: Robert Half are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our clients team for a 6-month maternity cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making within the organisation. This position requires proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft NAV (Business Central), and Power Automate.6 months maternity cover – day rate contract*Must be able to travel to their Guildford offices 2/3 days a week*Key Responsibilities:Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualise key metrics and performance indicators.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.Utilise Microsoft NAV (Business Central) to extract and analyse operational data.Develop automated work flows and processes using Power Automate to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.Provide training and support to users on Power BI, Microsoft NAV (Business Central), and Power Automate functionalities.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.Experience working with Microsoft NAV (Business Central) for data extraction and analysis.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.Worked with a sales function to create dashboards.Familiarity with Power Automate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
