What you’ll be responsible for
This role will see you undertaking a variety of duties, including:
- Assist the kitchen supervisor with food preparation before and during service periods
- With the Kitchen Supervisor order all kitchen and stock for resale supplies from approved suppliers.
- Maintaining upkeep of all kitchen HACCP records at all times and to the required standard.
- Preparing, cooking and serving meals delivering high quality customer service.
- Striving to develop and improve the customer experience offering.
- Ensuring the service in the café is maintained to a high standard
- Maintaining the food hygiene standards, upkeep and tidiness of the kitchen, retail and restaurant areas in accordance with Welsh Water Food safety procedures.
- Undertaking any other duties as required by the Catering Manager to meet the needs of the business.

About you
- We are looking for candidates who are positive, friendly, can work under their own initiative, and are passionate to work with the general public!
- Full training will be provided for this role, however if you have any experience of working in the food service or retail industry that would be beneficial
Good to know
- A satisfactory DBS check will be required prior to start date for all successful applicants.
- Variety of shift patterns available, although candidates will need to be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
