My client, who are an Asset Management firm, are seeking a talented Azure DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team. As a leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, implementing, and optimizing our Azure DevOps environment to enhance our software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Azure DevOps pipelines to automate the deployment, testing, and monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Architect scalable and reliable solutions on the Azure cloud platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes, improve code quality, and accelerate time to market.
- Establish and enforce best practices for configuration management, version control, and infrastructure as code.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to optimize our DevOps practices and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role, with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
- Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code concepts and experience with tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104) are a plus.
