As the Warehouse operative/delivery driver, your main role will be to assist with incoming deliveries, outgoing order picking and courier dispatch systems. In addition, you may be required to support the driving team with multi-drop deliveries to our customers in the area.
Hours of Work: This is a full-time, permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week. The hours of work are 10.30am to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday with a one-hour break.
Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Has experience of working in a warehouse
- Has an outgoing, positive and professional attitude
- Has good day to day planning capabilities, this will be essential for the candidate to be successful in this role
- Is able to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
- Is conscientious with good attention to detail
- Is polite, trustworthy and reliable at all times
- Full clean UK driving licence preferred
- Some electrical knowledge is desirable
