We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Technical Specialist in Histology to join our dynamic Royce and Faculty Technical Operations team, which strives to provide a sector leading technical support for our students and staff. The purpose of this role is:
- Provide professional expert support with responsibility for managing the highly specialised equipment in the Histology laboratories.
- Provide support to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, projects, research and commercial activities, as well as overseeing the organisation and daily running of specific laboratory classes and practical courses in Biomaterials.
- There will also be an opportunity to support various research projects in the area of work.
- Proactively engage with all stakeholders internal and external to the university by building positive relationships to help drive successful outcomes.
