** You MUST have a minimum 2 years experience as Food and Beverage Manager and also weddings experience. Due to the level of experience required, first appointments will not be considered for this role. **
We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Manager with strong weddings experience for a stunning boutique hotel and wedding venue based in the Ingleton area. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be fully responsible for the entire operation with a focus on functions, weddings and events. As a key face of the business, you will enjoy the buzz of leadership and developing your team. You will need a hands-on, organised and friendly approach – all whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality standards are high.
Required Experience:
- Solid hands-on, people focused Food & Beverage Manager experience in a similar establishment with strong wedding and events experience
- A strong communicator with experience of leading, motivating, and developing a team of different personalities, levels of creativity and skill sets.
- Strong financial knowledge – departmental Profit & Loss (GPs, revenue, quality control) and the impact it has on the business
