We are looking for an EOS Product Assurance Manager to act as the single point of quality across a number of exciting space projects!

The main outputs of the role are to guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Ensure that all applicable activities along the product lifecycle (engineering and operations) are defined, planned and implemented in line with the defined business management processes
  • Collect, analyse, visualise and interpret the relevant product and/or in-service performance data
  • Participate/organise the deployment of preventive techniques in case of baseline changes (e.g. product modifications, manufacturing process changes, etc.)
  • Devise, negotiate and implement the product assurance plan throughout the duration of the programme/project
  • Implement the internal phase review process and consolidate the technical risk register and monitor the associated risk mitigation actions’ implementation
  • Attest the conformity of the product with regards to contractual requirements and legal rules, and monitor the conformity & attestation status
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer Quality issues and provide feedback to avoid any future reoccurrence

ABOUT YOU

  • Possess Product Assurance experience
  • Space engineering degree or other transferable engineering related fields
  • Knowledge and understanding of ECSS requirements (ESA) would be highly beneficial
  • Space industry experience would be highly advantageous however Aviation, Automotive and or other heavily regulated compliance industries will be considered
