We are recruiting for a Retail Admin Assistant to join our H Beauty Team on a Fixed Term Contract until June 2024.

About the Role

As a Retail Admin Assistant, you will working closely and being a point of contact with key internal stakeholders across the business which include our Buying, Merchandising, Retail and Distribution teams, as well as external brand partners. Administrative support will be a regular responsibility, coupled with operating a triage service for all queries and provide solutions and answers in a timely manner.

Your duties also include:

  • Passing on more complex queries to the relevant people/department.
  • Seeking feedback regarding stock issues and customer comments from H Beauty retail and management teams.
  • Ordering and chasing testers
  • Setting up training queries at are Retail Lead.
  • Attending weekly meetings with Retail Managers, Stock Controllers and all appropriate internal teams.

About You

You will be a confident administrator, and proactive problem solver with a solution-orientated mentality in the way you work. You will be flexible and ready to adapt to changing priorities, and assured in being able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder communications in a fast paced environment.

Relying on your strong interpersonal skills, you would have demonstrated strong relationship building and maintenance throughout your career, with both internal teams and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

You will also:

  • Be strong and clear communicator
  • Have strong competency in using Microsoft Excel
  • Possess great attention to detail and accuracy
  • A passion for Buying
  • Have exposure within Beauty Buying, Merchandising or Retail Administration
