Job description: Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for Customer and Operational Liaison to join a well-respected and successful client at Bristol Airport.
Start Date:
- 1st April 2024
The Role:
- The role involves helping with arrivals and disembarking of flights, ensuring customers go through the correct immigration channels.
- Colleagues will need to help support with achieving a DHL/EZY turnaround time KPI.
- The colleague will need to liaise and communicate with passengers as well as Back of House, Front of House, flight ops, cabin crew.
- Communication skills are key to making the most of this role!
Shift Pattern
The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 4 on 4 off rota.
An example of the shift hours:
- X4 0900-2100 x 4off
OR
- 1200-0000
You will need to be fully flexible to work both shifts stated, if required.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
- Right to Work in the UK
- Five year fully checkable reference history
- Ability to pass Criminal Record Check (CRC)

Salary:
- £11.50 per hour!
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime Premiums available.
- Overtime paying time and half (1.5)
- PAID WEEKLY
