This company have an exciting opportunity for a candidate that is looking to kick start their career. This position would be working within a fun, dynamic, and hardworking team environment, this would be a great opportunity for someone who some previous admin experience, great communication skills, as well as some previous office experience.
Salary – £20-22k plus bonus after probation
Fully office based, must be local to Watford
Some of the duties will include:
- Ensuring suppliers have processed purchase orders
- Reviewing supplier documentation
- Keeping clients updated on orders
- Resolving any discrepancies reported by the client or supplier
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Coordinating customer collections with freight forwarders
- Liaising with other departments in the company
- Sending quote requests
- Developing and improving relationships with suppliers and customers
The suitable candidate:
- Good communication skills on all levels
- Great attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Willing to learn
- Happy to be office based for 5 days
- Must be able to commute to Croxley Green
- Previous experience with MS Office
