The George Hotel in Lichfield has a fantastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing our Food and Beverage Team who oversee breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, weddings and private events. You will have outstanding people skills in order to manage and motivate our amazing team together with excellent communication and customer service skills. Using your previous experience, we are looking for someone who thrives on continuously improving standards of service through staff training and development. The successful candidate must have previous managerial experience gained in a food and beverage role within a hotel environment. Duty management shifts are also a part of this role.
