As a Warehouse Administrator you will be working within the Warehouse office team in the Bury St Edmunds Distribution Centre, being responsible for all invoicing of deliveries, managing of supplier deliveries and query management for our depot. Ensuring accurate administration and processing. Working closely with Stock Control, Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution and Customer Care Teams.

Job Description

Your role as a Warehouse Administrator

  • Schedule supplier deliveries
  • Managing queries via phone and email in a suitable timeframe
  • Confirm PODs for pub orders
  • Communicate with a high level of customer service
  • Build strong working relationships to work alongside other teams

What you’ll bring…

  • Confident in your ability to do the role
  • You will possess excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels including when handling difficult situations
  • Good level of organisational skills allowing you to succeed in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages, notably Excel
