Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a market leading organisation based within the St Albans area. This company are a market leader in their field, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join one of their growing teams.
The suitable candidate will need to be a strong team player, with previous administration skills, and a good level of Excel.
This position will initially be 5 days within the office, after probation there will be the opportunity for this person to work on a hybrid pattern.
Salary – £30,000 plus great benefits
Some of the duties will include:
- Managing all contract manager applications and agreements, handling enquiries, credit checks and more
- Creating bulletins for all sites
- Managing the recruitment and application website for contract managers, coordinating recruitment sessions and managing invites and attendances
- Preparing spreadsheets and reports
- Maintaining and filing site licenses, as well as up to date site address lists
- Answering and handling incoming calls
- Responding to supplier emails
- Work well as part of the team
- Assisting with administrative duties across the team where necessary
The suitable candidate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills including the use of Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong organisational skills
- Great team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Commutable distance to St Albans
