Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the credit control process to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Monitor customer accounts and conduct regular follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience in credit control or finance is advantageous but not essential.
