The College of English and Media at Birmingham City University wishes to recruit a Lecturer in English Linguistics with expertise in Grammar (essential) and TEFL (desirable).
The post-holder will have experience of teaching linguistics modules at undergraduate level and sufficient expertise to teach grammar related content. Ideally, they will also have teaching experience of English as a second language.
Main Duties and responsibilities
- You will be part of the teaching team for English and will deliver modules at foundation year, undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a particular focus on the BA (Hons) English Language and Literature.
- You will have a track record of publications which will contribute to research in the College.
