Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a seasoned team to estimate costs for a variety of projects, including extensions, refurbishments, and new builds.
- Analyse project specifications and blueprints to determine accurate material and labour requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
- Prepare comprehensive tenders, considering all aspects of the project scope.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in cost estimation.
