Job Description
As a Content Project Executive – Food, you will work closely with the Content Project Manager to ensure that content programmes and projects are delivered on time and according to plan. Your responsibilities will include keeping an accurate and comprehensive overview of workflow planning, deadlines, deliverables and execution of all content projects. Our content projects range from in-person conferences to webinars and newsletters.
In this role you will support the Content Project Manager with:
- communications to internal & external stakeholders
- design and delivery of content features (theatres) built at trade shows we deliver
- delivery of designed versions of written content (e.g. reports), event agendas, speaker banners, pre-recorded sessions for online and in-person conferences and sponsored content
- delivery of streamed content for hybrid events
- accurately tracking project key dates, budgets, vendors and any project related milestones
- ensure workflow timelines are clearly mapped out and all parties deliver on schedule
- take care of customer, speaker and vendor liaison
- build strong working relationships with all team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, customer success, service, and/or administrative support.
- Excellent English language skills – verbal and written. Multiple language proficiency is highly desirable.
- Good listener and customer centric, able to relate and quickly build trust and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excels at building strong relationships.
- Experience with project management systems like Asana, Smartsheets etc. Comfortable working across multiple systems.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with InDesign a plus.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and well organized, able to balance and prioritize projects.
- Understands the need for and readily accepts continuous performance feedback.

Location: London
