We’re assisting a forward-thinking specialist healthcare & wellness clinic with the hiring of a new Marketing Manager to lead their marketing, as they embark on the next phase of their exciting journey. They offer a range of best-in-class healthcare and wellness services and therapies, as well as diagnostic services. They’re an accredited, doctor led clinic, located in a beautiful waterfront setting in London. Their mission is to promote well-being and deliver exceptional patient care. This healthcare & wellness clinic has exciting plans in the pipeline, including launching an e-commerce arm of the business to sell a range of wellness products.
The new Marketing Manager will be joining a diverse, friendly, supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Marketing Manager role
The Marketing Manager will report to the Managing Director, and will oversee one junior marketing person, with scope to grow the team further.
Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligning with business objectives.
- Leverage your knowledge of social and digital channels to grow the brand.
- Ideate creative marketing ideas.
- Oversee junior marketing team members and collaborate with the wider team.
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and use insights to drive improvements.
About You
This position would suit someone with multi-channel marketing experience from both a strategy and implementation perspective, and with strong knowledge of social and digital channels.
You could have experience in the healthcare and wellness sector, or you could have experience with cosmetics brands and products. E-commerce marketing experience could also align well. Other backgrounds will also be considered, too.
