Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday – Friday 06:00-15:00
Location: Coventry – CV6 4QB

DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Produce daily reports to keep customer updated on progress.
  • Maintain an accurate stock file within warehouse WMS to ensure the smooth running of operations, a clear reflection of warehouse inventory for the customer and to limit stock adjustments
  • Investigating any stock discrepancies ensuring the stock file is accurate for smoother operations.
  • Liaise with the customer to ensure that their requests are being met, providing flexibility to site where required.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Proven experience in an admin role is desired.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
