Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Develop business cases, requirements documents, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, with expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
