The Role

This is an exciting role that will focus on driving awareness and sales for our courses and memberships, collaborating with the rest of the education marketing team. In this role you will focus on..
Multi-channel Marketing: Coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns with support from the Head of Marketing. Contribute to the overall marketing plan and participate in wider marketing initiatives.
Consistent Quality: Deliver online and offline activity ensuring key messages/initiatives are consistent, on-brand, on budget, and on time. Create and optimise landing pages, email sequences, and other marketing channels using a variety of marketing platforms and tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives. Work with the Paid Media team to create compelling multi-channel campaigns, with the Course team to ensure alignment of messaging and priorities, and with the sales team to optimise leadgen.
Affiliate Marketing: Expertly execute affiliate campaigns, engaging speakers, sponsors, and media partners to drive targeted attendance and revenue.
Measure, Analyse, Optimise: Evaluate campaign performance and report on campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics and stay informed about industry trends, fostering continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Marketing Basics: At least 1 year of experience in executing marketing campaigns. Experience executing and planning email campaigns
Great copywriting and verbal communication skills.
You want ownership in your role from the beginning and are ready to level up.
You expertly balance and prioritise your daily to-do’s, as well as your short-term and long-term planning
You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say “yes” to taking on new things
Experience using ESPs & CRMs, and basic Google Analytics understanding (desirable)
