ROLE SUMMARY

As a Performance Marketing Manager at D&D London, you will play a pivotal role in steering our digital presence and enhancing online performance. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our gift shop, manage website strategies & performance, optimise SEO efforts and drive impactful PPC and paid social campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in maximising online visibility, engaging our audience and achieving conversion goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Website Management: Drive the performance of all our restaurant websites by implementing effective strategies to increase traffic, improve user experience and optimise conversion rates. With support from agency, collaborate with the marketing managers to ensure website functionality, performance and aesthetics align with marketing objectives.

· SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility and rankings. Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our content and technical SEO efforts remain cutting-edge.

· PPC Management: With agency support and collaborating with the restaurant marketing managers, plan, implement and optimise PPC campaigns for our restaurants to drive traffic, enhance brand awareness and achieve conversion goals. Monitor budget allocation, ad performance and keyword strategies for maximum ROI.

· Paid Social Campaigns: With agency support and collaborating with restaurant marketing managers conceptualise and execute paid social media campaigns to amplify brand presence, engage with our audience and drive measurable results. Stay informed about paid social media trends and platform updates.

· Gift Shop Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our gift shop, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to optimise experience listings, promotions and customer engagement.

· Digital Channel Management: Explore and manage additional paid digital channels, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation. Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.

· Line Management: Oversee the day to day projects and professional development of our Digital Executive.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

· Strong background in managing e-commerce gift shops, websites, SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns.

· Demonstrated success in driving online sales, traffic and customer engagement.

· Proficiency in using analytical tools and platforms to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

· Line management beneficial but not essential.

· Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

· Strong analytical, data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a relentless customer focus.

· A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong sense of discipline, with evidence of prioritising and structuring tasks/ time efficiently.

· Adaptable, comfortable working at pace and dealing with ambiguity.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great at building relationships within the business.

· Evidence of operating and presenting at a senior level, with the ability to distil and convey key information.

About Company: D&D London is a group of diverse restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris, New York and Tokyo. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants.
