WHAT WE OFFER
- £11.45 hourly rate
- Living Wage Foundation Employer
- Part time – Various contract sizes: 16 hours per week, working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
- 24 hours per week, working 4 days out of 7 working 3 out of 4 weekends.
- 30 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 and every 2nd weekend.
Shifts will be between the hours of 8.00am until 10.00pm.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers.

- We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling & regular weekend off
Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.
Final offers of employment are contingent upon clear results in mandatory background checks. Background checks must be completed by all successful candidates and will include medical history.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

We are looking for someone like you to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. You will contribute to a passionate and friendly team to deliver a better everyday life for the many, while embracing change with a solution-orientated mindset. This is an extremely fast paced working environment and requires you to multitask, producing and serving food with regular heavy lifting. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to take responsibility and will deliver a great customer experience.

As an IKEA Food Co-worker, you will report to one of the Food Managers or Team Leaders and work alongside them in the kitchen to help create a safe, healthy, delicious, sustainable, affordable, and joyful food experience for both the customer and the co-worker.
The kitchen is a safety-first, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail for all things safety and efficient multi-tasking to ensure IKEA remains a safe place for people to shop, work and have fun.
