The role:
We are looking for an exceptional marketer with experience of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for B2B events to join our Event Marketing team.
From crafting strategic marketing campaigns to measuring their impact, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to empower finance and AI professionals through top-tier events.

In this role you will focus on…
Strategic Event Marketing: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to craft and execute compelling multi-channel marketing programs. Your aim: to achieve targeted delegate registrations and revenue growth across your portfolio.
Launch Excellence: Take ownership of end-to-end event launches, starting from data build and acquisition strategies and guiding them through to conversion. These launches will span diverse formats, including in-person summits, regional roadshows, virtual festivals, and more.
Partnership Alchemy: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and PR opportunities that enable campaigns to capture new leads and expand our community reach.
Affiliate marketing pro: Execute affiliate marketing campaigns with precision, leveraging speakers, sponsors, media partners, and associations to drive targeted attendance and revenue.
Data-driven optimisation: Measure and analyze campaign performance across the entire event lifecycle (pre, during, and post-event). Use insights to proactively recommend optimisations and growth strategies.
Communication monitoring: Ensure the health of our marketing communications. Monitor domain scores, IP scores, email list health, and marketing data quality, including list segmentation and unsubscribe management.
Collaboration champion: Establish yourself as a key player in our company, promoting knowledge sharing and retention within the broader marketing team. Collaborate closely with multifaceted teams: event production, sponsorship sales, community marketing, content.
Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior team members, nurturing their marketing skills and fostering their growth within the event marketing team.

3 years + B2B event marketing experience (required) with a foundation in digital campaign execution and demand generation
A track record of executing effective, revenue driving campaigns that engage targeted B2B audiences. Proficiency in affiliate marketing strategies and implementation.
You know your way around no-code and Marketing tools e.g zapier – and you love automating your way out of repetitive processes.(desirable)
You can expertly balance and prioritize your daily to-do’s, as well as your long-term planning
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance.
Experience using ESP’s & CRM’s, and basic Google Analytics understanding
Experience with Asana or project management tools a plus (desirable)
Hybrid role or UK Remote
