What we are we looking for:

Our Business Data Analyst is responsible for building out a data solution (database), with the help and support of internal resources, for an existing Transfer Agency based project. This may include providing project analysis as well as recommendations.

Other responsibilities include:

Working as part of a project team, reporting progress and escalating issues to project manager/department management as appropriate

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Analyzing / Researching and Investigating proposed change thoroughly and document change requirements where appropriate/necessary

Driving decisions and actions and keep momentum of project moving forward

Making recommendations as necessary and encourage stakeholders to find best solution for all parties involved

Utilizing and maintaining project reporting documentation, in line with agreed Invesco/TA Projects Team methodology, including project plans and reporting templates

What you can bring:

Ability to work in an agile environment

Excel (including Macro’s) SQL (code language), Python (new coding language) – strong knowledge required

Database knowledge – loading/collating data

Transfer Agency experience would be a bonus or similar project activity (ie company merger, compensation project, experience in dealing with Transfer Agency data

Ability to analyse data and the impacts of change

Experience in driving forward actions and working to strict deadlines
