Job description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Of Cleaning to join our team. As Head Of Cleaning, you will ensure that all contract requirements and key performance indicators are met, while striving to exceed expectations through first-class management delivery. You will play a critical role in various contract decision-making processes and be responsible for measuring and establishing appropriate targets and objectives.
Your main duties will include taking overall responsibility for all staffing-related activities, managing and controlling contractors in an efficient and cost-effective manner, managing small works and intermediate projects, and ensuring that the provision and delivery of services meet or exceed the standards defined in the Service Level Agreement. You will also be responsible for responding to complaints and other service issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that engagement action plans are brought to and kept alive across the entire team, and compiling contractual client reports providing a detailed overview of the service monthly activity in line with the contract key performance indicators.
To be successful in this role, you will possess an intermediate knowledge level of all Microsoft office packages and have experience in a similar industry with a presence in the healthcare sector. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively at all levels, be a strong manager with proven ability to lead, motivate, inspire and support a diverse team, and have strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and ensure budgets are met.
