In the role of Business Analyst, you will join a talented team based in central London. You will focus on Anti-Money Laundering markets and helping the software and technology teams to design and build market leading solutions.

Responsibilities (in summary):

  • Provide Business Analysis support in the deployment of AML products to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide concise feedback and communication directly with customers to assess solutions fit and identify product gaps.
  • Ensure requirements are accurately specified, communicated and understood by the technical implementation team.
  • Lead/perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, alert validation, and issue impact analysis.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial crime, anti-money laundering or similar markets.
  • Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst within a financial, government or regulatory body.
  • Practical experience of Anti-Money Laundering compliance within financial services, banking, brokerage or insurance.
  • Customer facing experience, ideally from within a professional services setting.
