Job description: The Business Analyst role calls for an individual with a keen eye for detail to drive technological advancements in the industrial/manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective solutions to complex business problems.

  • Identifying and defining business requirements for technology improvements within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance business operations in the Birmingham location.
  • Conducting regular reviews and audits of existing systems and software.
  • Creating detailed business analysis reports and presenting them to senior management.
  • Working closely with IT and business teams to design new system specifications.
  • Managing project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Training and supporting end-users on new systems and procedures.
  • Ensuring the company remains compliant with data protection regulations.

A successful ‘Business Analyst’ should have:

  • Proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • A good understanding of Layer 3 networking
  • Basic understanding of Siemens PLC Logic
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
