Job description: Large commercial law firm in the City is looking to recruit an Aviation Finance lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The Asset Finance team at this firm covers all areas of asset finance with a particular focus on aviation finance and leasing in respect of commercial aviation, helicopters and business aircraft. Clients includes major airlines, operating lessors, international banks and aircraft manufacturers. The successful candidate will advise on Aviation Finance and leasing within a supportive and friendly team environment. Maximising the firm’s global presence and local expertise, you will connect with colleagues throughout the firm globally and manage international transactions to meet the clients’ needs. This role presents fantastic long term career prospects for the right candidate. You will build client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, raising your own profile and supporting the continued growth of this ambitious practice and the firm. Applicants will have experience of a variety of asset finance structures with the majority or all of your experience being in aviation finance and leasing transactions. You will ideally have experience of working with international clients and be enthusiastic about keeping up with the latest trends in the areas we cover.

Expected salary: £118000 per year
