Job description: We are looking to recruit 2 x Mobile Cleaning Operatives to work on Residential Sites for one of Nexgen’s Social Housing partners in the Worthing area.
You will have some prior professional cleaning experience.
You will also need to have a Full UK Driving Licence, but Company Vehicle is provided.
Core Responsibilities – Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner:
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
- Clean communal kitchen areas
Expected salary: £12 per hour
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
