Pertemps Milton Keynes branch is currently recruiting Warehouse Logistics Operatives for our client based in Milton Keynes.
4 X 10-hour shifts per week £12.53ph Ongoing Work
The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and safely handle the movement of items within the warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Load, unload, and move items within the warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. This includes proper handling of equipment, following designated pathways, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure the working environment is clean, organised, and free from obstructions to facilitate smooth work flow and minimise safety hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks, prioritise workload, and address any concerns or challenges that may arise during daily operations.

- Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy objects.
- Previous experience in a Warehouse environment
- Basic mathematical skills for counting, sorting, and recording
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A self-starter, who shows initiative.
