Set in scenic countryside close to the Scottish coast, you will be part of a talented kitchen team who create modern British and Scottish cuisine using exceptional local ingredients.The fine dining restaurant has won multiple awards including 2AA Rosettes and serves food all day including afternoon teas, and they also cater for weddings and other functions and events.As Food and Beverage Manager you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage deparment
- Be managing and motivating a professional team of around 15
- Ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Have solid man management skills along with a stable background
- Have a background in hotels
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of customer service
