- Supervise the development and implementation of financial policies and internal controls.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage a team of controllers and accountants, providing coaching and support.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and financial planning.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate financial audits.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork within the controllership team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive years of relevant work experience in industry, in a similar role
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and control functions
- Proficiencies in financial reporting, audit compliance, and risk management
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus
