Through, flow chemistry equipment, the team at Vapourtec have helped revolutionise the way many scientists deliver the research, chemicals and products we all rely on. Manufactured at headquarters in Suffolk, United Kingdom, the modular R-Series flow chemistry system is trusted by academics, chemists, and manufacturers around the world.

Vapourtec has grown extensively through the quality of products, numerous citations and excellent distributor network and now wish to complement these efforts and drive further ambitious global growth with expansion of the direct Sales Team.

We are seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales and Marketing professional to join our established team.

The Role:

  • Provide quotations to customers for products and accessories.
  • Support customers with questions or rerouting calls to the appropriate Vapourtec colleagues.
  • Help create leads that are both short- and long-term in the sales pipeline .
  • Engage with existing customer base for reviews, case studies, citations, and referrals
  • Create discussions with prospects.
  • Building team relationships with other Vapourtec colleagues to maximize sales revenues and

excellent customer service. * Routinely evaluate the Flow Chemistry marketing activities of leading competitors

  • Networking with existing customer base.
  • Explore new business areas in academia and industry.
  • Build networks of new contacts within the new business areas.
  • Maintain good customer contact records in electronic format on company CRM.
  • Agree and adhere to suitable KPIs to drive excellence in sales.
  • Send a weekly activity report to your Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience in inside sales or marketing..
  • Experience working for a medium-sized global company.
  • Interest in a career in customer service and sales.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, excel, outlook.
  • Proficiency in English.

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Customer Service and /or Marketing.
  • Experience working on a CRM system.
