Job description: Our client is keen to appoint a skilled Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop!You will thrive in a busy environment and enjoy customer interaction daily.
- £30,000 – £33,000 per annum + £4000 annual bonus potential
- Hatchway, Bristol
- Hours: 45 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota basis
Responsibilities:
- Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
- Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
- Give the best advice on products and services to our customers.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
- Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
- A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
- Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
