Job description: About the role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the digital team to deliver the digital and web strategy. You will lead on the implementation and delivery of a keyword strategy in line with business goals.
Our successful candidate will create basic analytics dashboards and be able to understand and interpret the data. You will use Google products including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Optimize to implement market changes.
You will track website and digital performance to identify and suggest areas for improvement, while reporting on marketing and automation campaigns
You will need to be based in the UK working on a hybrid basis with a mix of home and office – but you do need to be within commutable distance from one of our City & Guilds hub offices.
About you
You should have previous Digital Marketing experience and have a passion for all things digital. You will need experience with CMS platforms and Martech tools such as DotDigital/Hubspot.
You will have experience with Google products such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and AdWords.
Our successful candidate should have an understanding and experience with SEO as a channel and SEO related Martech tools (for example, SEMRush).
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will have the ability to write and read code and bring demonstrable experience of web content management.
We are looking for a team player, willing to share tasks to meet common goals and deadlines. You will be able to multi-task on a variety of projects with tight deadlines. You are proactive and keen to work with stakeholders across the business, including those based overseas.
You will have the ability to draft sales and marketing materials digitally, and work with visual design teams to produce marketing collateral such as web page layouts and wireframes. Experience with tools such as Adobe XD or Photoshop would be beneficial.
