About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Assistant to join the Finance Office reporting to the Head of Finance (Treasury).

You will be monitoring the University’s investments and investment income as well as aiding in cashflow forecasting and assisting in banking administration. You will also be involved in helping to manage risk by assisting with Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.

The role has great potential for you to provide valued support across the Treasury and Financial Control functions. Work will be interesting and varied and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision as appropriate.

For informal enquiries, please contact Viv Smith (V.J.Smith@warwick.ac.uk).

We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.

You will be expected to have a good working knowledge of financial activity, experience with finance systems (ideally SAP), be highly proficient in the use of Excel and have strong organisational and communication skills.
