This is what has driven our teams since 1833.Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 250 locations in 58 countries, across 6 continents.But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeThe HR Data Support will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data. The HR Data Support will play a crucial role in preparation, cleansing and formatting of data ahead of system loads, data management and auditing of data, reporting, and analysis to support overall HR operations.We are looking for a pro-active self-starter who can work independently within an intricate global Aviation organisation. You will be eager develop your skills and your inquisitive mindset will enable you to identify innovative solutions to complex set of data. Demonstrating resilience will be pivotal to your success within this role, as you collaboratively deliver impactful results alongside the HRIS Development Manager and the broader HRIS team.This role is a fixed term contract ending in December 2024 and can be based in either our Bloomsbury Square, London HQ or in Pakistan.What you will be doing
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data within the HRIS.
- Conduct regular audits and validations to identify and rectify data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity across different HR systems.
- Generate and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business leaders.
- Create dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate key HR metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams in relation to system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

- Proven experience working with complex data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Queries, Macros
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- HR Systems/SuccessFactors reporting experience would be desirable.
- Working with HR data would be desirable.
