Job description: Our client, a Construction Consultancy based in Northampton, Bristol and Birmingham are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth and a busy work stream. The Project Manager will be based from their Northampton, Bristol or Birmingham, Bristol or Birmingham office, working in the commercial sector predominantly on industrial units. In addition to projects in the education and leisure sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for many aspects of the projects, operating client side and will liaise with the Cost Management team.

Construction Project Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £35k – £50k DOE
  • Car allowance (enhanced for hybrid / EV’s)
  • Paid business mileage
  • Holiday- 25 days plus BH
  • Pension

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a PM
  • Must hold a Construction Management degree or similar
  • Full driving licence
  • Must be looking for a long-term role
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of Northampton, Bristol or Birmingham and happy to travel for projects
