Job description: West Lancashire Borough Council is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will lead a team responsible for all aspects, including planning, preparation and contract letting process of investment related projects.In this newly created role, you will be part of a small team which support the Council’s programme to modernise our homes. A proven track record of managing complex construction and planned maintenance projects will be required, using recognised project management techniques. The post holder will be expected to use performance management tools to deliver excellent services to meet operational goals and will focus on managing scheme scope, cost, quality, resource, communications, and risk.The post holder will support the development of a positive organisational culture that is outward looking, evidence based, and customer focused.
