  • Oversee supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Procuring a range of ingredients, foods, beverages and services.
  • Analyse market trends and apply insights to procurement strategy
  • Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing within the procurement process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategy with business objectives
  • Develop and manage the procurement budget
  • Lead and mentor team members, promoting professional development
