Job description: Solutions Developer (MS Dynamics)Holborn based (hybrid – 1-2 days onsite per week)Permanent£50,000 to £55,000 per annum plus benefitsPurpose of the RoleResponsible for development of the new CRM platform in conjunction with the external supplier and subsequently the support and further development of all the Dynamics applications.. Responsible for the effective management, performance and running of the organisation’s MS Dynamics applications. Ensuring integrity and security of the applications and looking to enhance and further develop the existing and new infrastructure.Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development, management and administration of the organisations MS Dynamics (CRM) application infrastructure ensuring a stable high performing environment.
- Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users, manage content and processes on a day-to-day basis ensuring high availability, scalable performance and strong security and resilience.
- Considering both back-end organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
- Design, develop and manage the organisations externally exposed Web portals.
- Refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model.
- Proactively engage with staff to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements to scope, design and implement relevant solution changes.
- Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions, data standards, to ensure that the state of the database is accurately known at all times.
- Work with the Project Management Office to ensure smooth transition for all solution implementations from project to business as usual Working closely with third party vendors, Project Management Office and IS Support Services on all database design, development and support.
Key skills required:
- MS Dynamics 2013 + (CRM)
- ASP .Net, PHP, C#, XML
- SQL administration and management
- Providing customer service
