- Making client Appointments
- Dealing with mail, scanning all relevant documentation
- Typing up of the Client Factfinds
- Ensure client data is accurate and up to date
- Preparation of correspondence including general letters and emails
- General administrative duties such as photocopying and filing
Requirements:
- Experience within Financial Services preferred, but not essential
- Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer is essential
