Job description: Are you a Consulting Manager with Finance experience?

We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our new Financial Excellence Consulting Team at NHS SBS!

In this role, you will work with NHS clients to transform their finance departments, understand the constraints of the departments and support them with their target operating model.

You will have the opportunity to deliver on the next generation of the integrated single financial environment (ISFE) system!

This role will be hybrid, with some travel to client sites and NHS SBS offices across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and deliver on medium assignment, projects, pre-sales and proposals
  • Work with clients to identify and shape the new finance transformation opportunities
  • Help departments to assess their operating model, capability, operations and technology
  • Client engagement
  • Support on shaping overall solutions

What you’ll bring:

  • NHS finance experience
  • Understanding of constraints within NHS finance departments
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
  • Client facing consulting experience
  • Strong change management skills
  • Team management experience

It would be great if you had:

  • AAT, CIMA, ACA or relevant degree

Salary: Up to £55k per annum dependent on experience
