- Teaching Food Technology to small classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 Students
- Ensuring all food hygiene and Health and safety guidelines are followed
- Planning and delivering a curriculum to meet the needs of individual students
- Fostering a love for cooking and an understanding of nutrition
