Looking for a hands-on role, where no 2 days will be the same?Do you have experience managing projects, facilities and suppliers as well as overseeing and supporting a small admin team?Are you IT-savvy and also happy to provide PA support as needed?And, would you thrive in an office full of bright, enquiring minds, where your input will be respected and rewarded?A dynamic advisory firm is looking for an outstanding individual to bring a proactive approach to running the office.In-office working – with some flexibility for occasional days at home.What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Ensuring the office operates efficiently; planning and managing daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
- Acting as primary contact for building management and external suppliers
- Coordinating with IT service providers
- Overseeing office changes or relocations, ensuring smooth transitions
- Leading and supporting the admin team; onboarding new starters, overseeing the recruitment process and organising social events
- Assisting with marketing materials and company website updates
- Updating administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
The skills you need to bring:
- Broad experience as an Office Manager, ideally from professional services
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-achieving environment
- High EQ and IQ
- Very strong relationship building skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Desire to be actively involved in all aspects of a business
- Confident decision maker, happy to bring new ideas to the table
Expected salary: £60000 per year
