Contract type: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working systemYour Role & Team in a NutshellAs a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be part of the Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, responsible for planning and executing campaigns across the affiliate and email landscape that will drive traffic to our European Home Fragrance DTC websites.You will be joining a team of three people who are responsible for multi-brand and multi-lingual websites in a fast-paced environment where a proactive and reactive approach is critical to the success of the role and the team.We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.Your Key Tasks as a Digital Marketing Assistant:
- Deliver a 7-figure email calendar in partnership with eCommerce & CRM Manager and Digital Designer:
o Handling the creative briefing including copy writing.o Scheduling emails and reviewing performance of marketing emails using SalesForce.o Keeping transactional emails up to date based on feedback.
- Own and execute affiliate activity in partnership with our affiliate agency.
o Responsible for affiliate plans considering YOY activity and peak periods.o Using data to identify and execute incremental opportunities.o Ensuring the campaigns deliver against the budgets, considering spend, revenue and ROI.
- Analyse and report in weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the performance of affiliate and marketing email activity.
- Build strong relationships cross-functionally internally as well as externally across Brand Activation, legal, finance, as well as other internal functions and agencies.
- Manage the PO process for the affiliate channel, ensuring paid on time.
QualificationsWhat You’ll NeedMinimum:
- Marketing degree or similar.
- Additional spoken language (preferably French or German)
- Proven experience working in eCommerce, preferably in a marketing function in FMCG sector
- Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
