Construction Engineering Manager

Are you an experienced Civils Construction Engineer looking for a new opportunity to showcase your technical leadership and project management skills? We have an exciting position available for a skilled professional to join our team as a Construction Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing the construction of civil engineering works, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on all civil engineering aspects of the project.
• Manage the construction of civil engineering works, including earthworks, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and take necessary actions to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate corrective measures.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met.
• Supervise and manage a team of civil engineers and construction workers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in the construction of civil engineering works, including earthworks, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant industry standards and specifications.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
