Job description: Recra is working in partnership with an impressive, award-winning heavy plant manufacturer based in Leicester, who is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager.Responsibilities in this position
- Able to read and interpret wiring drawings.
- Fit wiring and wire control panels in accordance with supplied drawings.
- Undertake mechanical fitting of electrical components and associated equipment.
- Wiring of in-house-built machinery inclusive of electrical fitting
- Cable terminating work on control panels and junction boxes
- Leading a team and helping installations and projects run smoothly
- Motivating the team and setting deadlines
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed on-site
Experience needed:
- A higher education qualification (such as NVQ / HND/C /Degree / Apprenticeship) in an electrical engineering field
- Experience working in a heavy plant industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Expected salary: £40000 – 45000 per year
