Working hours; Due to excellent individual bonus schemes, you can work as much as you want to earn, the workshop is open from 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday,

Bodyshop specialists are looking to strengthen their operational team to help them achieve even greater levels of success through a streamlined service

The successful Automotive Paint Technician will be responsible for;

  • Skilfully undertake all preparation & repainting of cars & other vehicles
  • Complete all jobs within the allotted times
  • Skilfully work to the high standards expected by their customers, manufacturers & industry
  • Supervise all non-qualified members & providing support and training where needed
  • Communicate with internal departments, suppliers & customers
  • Working hours; Due to excellent individual bonus schemes, you can work as much as you want to earn. The workshop is open from 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, some flexibility on start and finish times (Saturday if required)

This is an exciting, rapidly growing business who have opened multiple sites in the Berks, Bucks & Middlesex areas and many more planned for the future.

Required experience & characteristics of the Automotive Paint Technician

  • Proven background working to high standards for a body repair shop
  • ATA accredited OR working towards accreditation
  • Good verbal communication and able to lead, motivate and train non-qualified technicians
  • Reliable & conscientious
  • Courteous, polite & professional
